To return a product purchased ( full payment made through payment gateway) on www.shivionexchange.com just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and Email it to export@shivionexchange.com We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less applicable bank charges of 2.5%, Services Tax 10% on the bank charges and ECESS of 0.3% on Service Tax. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our online store.
You need to return any product bought from Shiv Ion Exchange & Chemicals Ltd. within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the shipment.
